Cox Plumbing is the best in Carrollton and I'll never use anyone else. They show up quickly and do the job for a reasonable rate and you can tell they're good people. Absolutely 5 stars! I used Ragsdale in a pinch * once * and it was a huge mistake. They quoted a price $161 higher than Cox to install a faucet - including the bogus service fee where their plumber performed no service other than to tell me the leak was due to 'splashing water while doing the dishes.' Good service, the owner sent one of his guys out the next morning after I called. He arrived 16 minutes early and was gone within 40 minutes. After quickly finding the problem, the clog was cleared, cost was half of what was originally quoted (which is always good). My only issue is, after reading a review from a few months ago I went with these guys because it said they cleaned up after themselves. Not sure if it was a bad day, but I was left with 2 rooms full of puddles, even though we left a mop in the restroom from our p... read more

I called Cox Plumbing after having had a failed service call with another company that cost me $275 to be told that repairs would cost me up to an additional $2225 to complete. The main sewer line at our rental property was clogged 120' from the last clean out, but the first company that I called couldn'ttell me that. The first company's equipment could only go out to 80' so their proposed solution was to bring in a tractor, dig a hole, break the sewer line, run their equipment another 80' to see if they could reach the bloc... read more

I’ve never worked with a more fair or honest business. They will get to you in a timely manner. They are clean, respectful and professional. They are also reasonably priced. They clean up after themselves before they leave as well.
