Haven't had to use them in a while, and thats because when we do use Cox Plumbing they do it right the first time. He is more than the best in the business, he is the only one we will call for our plumbing needs. Is he more expensive? Yes. But you get what you pay for. Cox Plumbing was called as I had an emergency situation with an outside water line. They came out within a very short time to access the situation. Very prompt and courteous.

Had a simple repair requiring replacing a five foot pipe. Took them 38 minutes and the charge was $350. Less than $50 in materials used. I can understand a $200 charge but not $350. I won’t be using Cox Plumbing again.

Cox Plumbing is the best in Carrollton and I'll never use anyone else. They show up quickly and do the job for a reasonable rate and you can tell they're good people. Absolutely 5 stars! I used Ragsdale in a pinch * once * and it was a huge mistake. They quoted a price $161 higher than Cox to install a faucet - including the bogus service fee where their plumber performed no service other than to tell me the leak was due to 'splashing water while doing the dishes.'
