I called John Oct 1 at 7:35 am , and told him I had a water heater leaking, He got the info he needed and was here at 8:30ish. Installed a new water heater in a perfect fashion. I highly recommend Cox Plumbing.

Cox Plumbing was called as I had an emergency situation with an outside water line. They came out within a very short time to access the situation. Very prompt and courteous.

Had a simple repair requiring replacing a five foot pipe. Took them 38 minutes and the charge was $350. Less than $50 in materials used. I can understand a $200 charge but not $350. I won’t be using Cox Plumbing again.
