I spent 9 nights at the Cox Plaza hotel. It was truly a blessing to not have to get out in the weather nor to have to worry about being safe while my husband was a patient in the hospital there and we were a long way from home. I always felt safe while staying there and the desk people were very friendly and helpful and the washer and dryer was a blessing too!!!!
5 🌟 for Julie! She is amazing. Coming from Texas(My dad is in the hospital) ..She went out of her way to make arrangements. She was even willing to stay passed her " time clock" just to give my brother his room card. She contacted me to let me know how things run after hours... she is a blessing 🙌
I was extremely happy to find out there was a hotel on the second floor of the heart center. Trying to avoid bad roads due to weather and make an early morning appointment on the first floor, this saved a ton of stress and anxiety. The room was a reasonable rate. It was clean and very spacious. They provided very nice towels for the walk in shower, along with shower gel, and a blow dryer. Love the glass elevators and the rooms are very clean not a far walk to the hospital all you just have to do is walk across the bridge
I fortunately did not stay overnight in the room but spent many hours due to a family member receiving extended care in the ICU. Only positive was proximity to the hospital. Besides being antiquated…. 1. Toilet was not optimally functioning 2. Room was dirty!!!!! Around and near fridge, under microwave, around beds, corners, bathroom…. 3. Beds were with soft cheap foam and no headboards 4.
