Price was high for an outdated hotel. They need to update the rooms. Update the beds for sure. That bed in room 205 is back breaking. We didn’t get a discount of any kind. Good thing it’s next to Cox South Hospital were I had my procedure.
This was nice and not to expensive my mom had surgery i stayed 2 nights it had a fridge and microwave TV table 2 chairs and a recliner hospital type chair in the room bed was comfortable they have a walk over the road tunnel from the hotel to the hospital so you dont have to drive at night you have to enter the front door only $95 a night would definitely stay again thank you for this option close to the hospital very nice no fancy 😀
I spent 9 nights at the Cox Plaza hotel. It was truly a blessing to not have to get out in the weather nor to have to worry about being safe while my husband was a patient in the hospital there and we were a long way from home. I always felt safe while staying there and the desk people were very friendly and helpful and the washer and dryer was a blessing too!!!!
5 🌟 for Julie! She is amazing. Coming from Texas(My dad is in the hospital) ..She went out of her way to make arrangements. She was even willing to stay passed her " time clock" just to give my brother his room card. She contacted me to let me know how things run after hours... she is a blessing 🙌
I was extremely happy to find out there was a hotel on the second floor of the heart center. Trying to avoid bad roads due to weather and make an early morning appointment on the first floor, this saved a ton of stress and anxiety. The room was a reasonable rate. It was clean and very spacious. They provided very nice towels for the walk in shower, along with shower gel, and a blow dryer.
