Such a long wait. 2.5 hours for what was about 3 minutes with the doctor. Why do you build facilities this size if you can’t properly staff them? I watched six people who came after me come and go. I will certainly not come back here.
It took over an hour for me to even get triaged in. The triage nurse was nice at least. We waited 5 hours in an urgent care…that’s kinda bizarre for an urgent care. Where I’m from urgent care visits are maybe an hour to two hours max. Then at 11 pm they shut down the waiting room and had everyone move to the pediatric waiting room. I’m on crutches and there were no available seats. Ended up sitting in the hallways. The concern was my heel and they did in xray of the side of my ankle.
