My son went in with excruciating pain in his ear (7 out of 10) on Christmas morning. They quickly diagnosed with an ear infection. Gave him antibiotics and sent him on his way. 30 hours later he was in more pain than previous day (10 out of 10) went in and front desk lady was so weird and rude to us.
