Just tried to schedule a basic annual exam and was told I need a referral from my PCP to get an appointment there? So I have to make and go to an appointment with my PCP just to ask if he thinks it's OK to get routine medical care, get the referral, wait for the scheduling call (you will never get the call and will have to repeatedly call them back), then schedule my annual and THEN finally be seen. Absolutely insane, illogical, and honestly wasteful.
Waited 4 hours for a laceration to my hand. Stitches he tried pull skin together using the thread. It pulled loose 3 days later. Had to go to another urgent care for more care that should have happen. Very disappointed in service. They are not any better than aa real hospital near me. WOULD NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. HORIABLE!!!!
