took car there to get it detailed they said 199.00 and it would be done same day at 430 they called said not do so next day we went to get it and the out side not even washed on the out side a deatil includes out side the lady was rude and said if you want out side done it is 100 more come on really ni thank you i would not do bussiness with these people and the inside is not even done very good
I totally recommend this place. I had a slight fender bender on my challenger. They took great care of me and my car. I think the car looks better than the day I bought it. They let me have a loaner car while mine was being worked on. Five stars in my book!!! Customer service is great. Very personable. Paid attention to my concerns.
My husband and daughter were hit by another driver totaling our truck. We had been fighting with the other drivers insurance company for 3 weeks before they said we could take it to a shop(yes even totaled), called cox collision as my father used dents unlimited when I was younger. It was 5pm closing time and I told the owner about my frustration in the last 3 weeks with the insurance company, he let me get it right in the next morning and helped me get things done ASAP for the insurance company so they couldn’t stall any lo... read more
Cox Collision does an amazing job. The trunk of my car got damage in a freak accident where a tire popped off a truck and bounced across a parking lot into my parked car. It was awful and stressful, especially dealing with the other guy's insurance. They took care of everything though. So kind and helpful along the way. When I got my car back, it was beautiful. You never would know anything had happened. I couldn't be more thankful for their wonderful service. Highly recommend!
Took my insurance company forever, but Dusty was very patient and kept me up to date. Excellent work, can't tell that anything was ever wrong. Thanks to everyone that had a hand in fixing my truck!
