Leave these shisters alone. They made a bad situation worse with not doing the necessary follow up work with AAA when they initially damaged my car, with these dum*sses not doing the necessary follow up work to charge them for the mechanical work needed. The girl that answers the phone for the shop should not have a job. As a result, I am out of a car and money for a rental. Cox needs to be shut down. Period.

Great work/ Great people – This is a great family buiness. I took my car there a few months back. They were very nice and on top of things. They got me into a rental the same day. They checked on me the next day to make sure I was ok from the acciedent. My car was done within two weeks. I havent had any problem with any work done to my car. The paint job and other repairs were amazing. I glad I chose Cox Collision. I will go here every time. Thanks guys for making my SUV look god agaion.
Very Very Pleased – I had gotten into an auto accident with my SUV on a Saturday. A few tow trucks had shown up on the scene, but I let COX Collision take my vehicle. Since the accident happened on a Saturday afternoon I had to wait until Monday to pick up a car rental. COX gladly took me to the car rental with no problem that following Monday. WORSE PLACE EVER!!!! – They don't even deserve the one star rating.....that's being gracious. They have had my car for almost 2 months for a job that only requires 5 days to fix. They never answer the phone and when they do they NEVER know when your car will be ready. I don't understand how this place is still in business. They have no customer service skills and just have no sense of urgency.
This place is a mess! I can't believe they call themselves – This plce is the worst. They have had my car since May 2nd and it still isn't fixed. For two weeks I was told my car was in the paint booth and should be finished soon. And I agree the are crooks. My insurance company sent them a check for $5000 but the estimate they gave was for $4800. They are trying to keep my $200 so at this point I have to get my lawyer involved. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! These people are crooks!!! Never ever trust them with your car! – My car was involved in an auto accident so I used Cox Collision's towing service to tow my vehicle back to their shop. First they could never give me a definite time on when my car would be ready they always kept estimating and then pushing back AT THE VERY LAST MINUTE AND EVEN THEN I WOULD HAVE TO CALL THEM TO SEE THE STATUS. Hijacked my truck – My truck got into an accident at 3am in front of my house the day before we were leaving on vacation. Cox was one of the several tow trucks that showed up. I requested that they tow the truck to my collision guy which they said they were happy to. I get back from vacation to find out my truck never got there and they never heard from them.
