The condition of the car exceeded my expectations. Truely looked outstanding inside and out. The transaction couldn't have been smoother and they explained everything in detail with no sense of pressure. When compared to KBB pricing estimates, I couldn't find a better deal anywhere (trust me, I spent months looking!).
My wife and I visited Cox Motor Company on 5/20/15 and were very impressed the selection of fine Cars. Although they didn't have exactly what we were looking for on that day we will be back. Mark is a class act.

I live in Michigan and had never considered buying a car online and in another state. But I have family in Nashville, so they looked at the car and said it was everything advertised. I dealt with Brandin at the company both by phone and email. I could not have asked for a nicer person to work with. They even arranged for very reasonable shipping and the car was delivered to my door the day after it was picked up in Tennessee. I strongly recommend them. Great customer service and I love my car!

Extremely Rude! I received a FANTASTIC email from Mark looking forward to speaking with me in regards to my inquiry. When I called and asked for I was quickly advised that he is nor in and wont be in and "nope" price posted is price of the car ( I was traveling up a few hours from Chattanooga) and looking for a small discount. I bought a 545i from a local competitor instead.

Great experience! They responded within hours to my request, reserved the car (for a deposit) for a week so I had the chance to drive there to have a look. The car was in excellent condition as described. The purchase process was very smooth and they organized the car to be shipped to my house. The whole process and interaction was extremely professional, fast and very friendly. I would definitely buy my next car there again!
Pleasant. They hadnt responded to my email, but when I called they were very nice on the phone. They weren't willing to budge even a dollar on the price. I ended up buying a Certified Mercedes from a Mercedes dealership and I'm very happy.
