After much frustration with Tech. Support and some staff, Jodi Walczak fixed my problem with zeal and expertise. She has been, is and always be my “go to” person. She’s the best!

This doctor knows what he is doing. He tries his best to stay on time but when he is running behind you can truly tell he feels bad. After dealing with horrible sinus issues and allergies. I am happy to say I can breath so much better and taste/smell foods again. He has also seen my nephew and he is GREAT with little kids.
The Doctor came in an seemed uninterested in speaking with us. He looked at my ear and prescriped medicine and left. The associated (nurse?) seemed overly friendly, almost as if she was trying to compensate for his cold manner. Sad. Never going back.
