It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Cox. His wonderful personality creates such a fun and calming environment for my child.
My children have been patients for over 5and10years. They absolutely adore Dr.Cox and feel very comfortable with him as do their father and I.

I thought Dr. Cox was very kind. It is Nichole that has a lot to be desired. She is the ONLY person that does scheduling for the Inspire. In over a month I got 1 phone call from her. I called twice a day for a month and NEVER recieved a phone call.Nichole works from home where she gets away with this.. I think she needs replaced or at least made to do her job in the office where she can be watched.
He is very knowledgeable and takes tge time to explain and answer questions
Dr. Cox seemed rushed. He didnt review my son's medical history. He asked a few brisk questions regarding when my son's lymph nodes began swelling (3 months prior, with no associated illness), but didn't ask any follow up or in depth questions. We were referred to his office for a follow up biopsy after an ultrasound. When i asked about it he became defensive and spoke in a rude tone. Excellent Doctor. He is wonderful.
My questions were answered with positive solutions.
Dr Cox made sure I was informed about the surgery he performed and his office notified me that my VA authorization was about to expire. Without this information my surgery would have been delayed for months. He is friendly and knowledgeable.
