In #4 I checked "Very Professional" but at the same time, Dr. Bond and his assistant were very casual and made me feel like a friend more than a patient.
If I can go to sleep with someone cleaning my teeth everything must be top notch. Very relaxing place to be. Thank you!
Im always greeted by the front office staff in a warm, friendly manner. Even though I may not have been in the office for 6 months, they always greet me by name. The hygienists are always thorough, kind, and do a great job. Dr. Cox has always been truthful with me, and I've never felt pressured to agree to any procedures that he may recommend. A Great Team at Cox Bond Dental! Drs Cox and Bond have a great staff who take care of your dental needs and are genuinely warm and friendly. Going to the "Dentist" is a pleasant experience.
Recognizing you are running a business, and you run it in a very business like manner, rather than just going to the dentist office, I am made to feel that I am going to visit some incredibly gracious people who are extremely caring. Did I mention that the dental care was exceptional?
The folks at Cox dental are extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I have already recommended them to a family member and will recommend them to others as well. Also, the office was squeeky clean. I loved that about it!
