In #4 I checked "Very Professional" but at the same time, Dr. Bond and his assistant were very casual and made me feel like a friend more than a patient.
Im always greeted by the front office staff in a warm, friendly manner. Even though I may not have been in the office for 6 months, they always greet me by name. The hygienists are always thorough, kind, and do a great job. Dr. Cox has always been truthful with me, and I've never felt pressured to agree to any procedures that he may recommend.
