Cox Auto Group are fantastic. I have bought 4 cars from them and would buy 4 more.They are kind and helpful. They have never lied or made false promises to me about anything. Being a single girl not knowing much about mechanics,I would be any car salesman's perfect victim.They did not pray on this weakness or try to would recommend them to anyone. David Felkner, Wrong dealership. We have never had a Noah work at our family owned and ran dealership. Potential Buyer: Wrong dealership again. We do not have "techs" working at our dealership and we do not handle Mustangs. All repairs our out sourced with third party mechanics. We do not pull cars up as-well. Im finding you were possibly at another dealership.
Mr Gumm. I am sorry you had problems with your car. Cox Auto Group has never been made aware of any problems with you car after purchase and with all sales you were provided an opportunity to purchase a extended warranty which would have covered a head gasket. You were offered and did not purchase the warranty. At time of sale your car passed a Missouri State inspection by a licensed inspector.
