Pretty cheap, and good quality apartment for the price; however, the management was very distant and hard to connect with.
The apartment itself is not the greatest, the rooms are small and there's one bathroom, but the internet speed is good, rent is cheap, and the ward is great! The location is very nice because it's practically on top of campus, and the manager is pretty responsive and willing to help. The biggest downside is the mattresses - they are pretty thin and uncomfortable. Bring a thick mattress topper with you!
Cox Apartments are great! The landlord is not picky so the tenets have a fair amount of freedom as to what they do with their apartments. It's super nice because even though they're not modern and gorgeous upon arrival, you can totally work with it. I've seen some super cute, homey apartments in the complex. They're pretty cheap apartments close to BYU campus in a FABULOUS ward, so I really can't complain.
