Dr. Cowling is the best eye doctor I've been to in YEARS. He nailed my prescription dead on. I was soooooo pleased with my new glasses, I can't stop raving about them. The staff was great, as well. I give Dr. Cowling my highest rating.

Dilated my eyes BEFORE checking my visual acuity. I questioned this and they brought me back the next day. When I came back, I questioned the doctor about the dilation before acuity test, then confronted him about the filthy dirty lenses on the Phoroptor (device used to check your prescription), he then threw me out of the building. VERY unprofessional practice.
Been going there for several years now. Hard to beat for promptness, accuracy, friendly, and correct in analysis. Keep it up guys and gals.....

In that time he has always, without fail, been professional and courteous, thorough and a real pleasure to work with. The advice and presciprions are delivered with humor and are always spot-on.
