Not recommend. Billing department didn't realize that I paid the bill through PayPal while I was paying through mail. (I accidentally paid the old amount to him through PayPal.) The bill should be match on a paper bill not the PayPal amount requested. Anyway, I got ripped off. I can't do nothing about it. It happened a few years ago. It's very sad. After completing the necessary assessments, his office lost my results on two separate occasions. After emailing and calling for weeks, they have completely disappeared. They do not respond to email nor does their phone number work. They have made this process infinitely more difficult than it should’ve been.

Exceptional psychologist! Before your first consult you will have to take some written exams but you will discover a lot about yourself. I wish other counselors and psychologists would administer questionnaires and examinations prior to the "I'm listening" phase. Truthfully, how would anyone know where to begin if you don't have a baseline or reference point. On a personal note, I can tell you Dr. Cowley has help me navigate through very challenging times.
