Parts Changers! They don’t solve the issues!! Keep going back to get more money from customer!!! Stated “customer was satisfied that boiler was running but knew he didn’t fix problem”!!!
We had places from all over town come out and give us a quote to replace our water heater. Cowles was the least expensive, most professional option with the best response time. Not only was Justin on time and efficient, he also took the time to explain to me what kind of tank I had, what kind I needed and what the issue most likely was. While saving up to have it replaced, the leak got worse and I had to call their emergency line to figure out how to turn off just our hot water. had a boiler emergency friday night called aire serv whom of which showed up 13 hours later. the tech who was sent out was extremely rude and not helpful at all wouldnt answer any of my questions would just tell me to read about it online. to top it off the work they performed and charged me $270 for did not solve the issue as the boiler quit running again the next morning called them back was told a dispatch person would call me to schedule another tech tp come out waited hours and no call back. called cowles heating recept... read more

I am very pleased with Cowles Heating Service. Aric (the thechnician) was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and fast. He found the problem with my heating system and quickly fixed it. I would definitely recommend this company and would use it againg. I also want to thank the lady that answered the phone, which I believe to be the receptionist, she was very kind and helpfull.

Absolutely 100% thrilled with Justin and Cowles Heating! The motor in our boiler went out and Justin made it out the same day to fix it. Then it started to not start automatically and Justin made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner every time until we figured it out. He took responsibility of our problem and made it his. I was looking at getting a new boiler, I was told to call Cowles. Boy I'm glad I did, the quote came in about $6,000 under other quotes. They also did a little extra work and put a small loop in the crawl space. I was waiting for the usual in Fairbanks area, expecting to pay that extra $6,000. I called and asked, how much more do I owe? They were confused as I had paid 80% of the estimate. They said you owe the balance of the estimate. No surprise? They were great to work with!
