Beware! I must say, if you are wanting to rent from a property management company who doesn't care what the street, or house looks like, what their renters "cook" in thier spare time then they are the slum lords for you!! They don't care about anything other than a rent check and trust me according to the neighbor hood they are VERY serious about that.
