RecommendedMichael Cowden is a shark in a pond full of minnows. He is without a doubt the best agent I know. Went through over 60 properties before finding the right one. We(my wife and I) even walked into a few to meet Mike and his response was for us to go ahead and walk around but he won’t let us buy. He was there 30 minutes before and found multiple issues with the home that I feel most agents would not have seen!
We bought and sold homes with Mike. He made it a smooth transaction and stayed on top of the details from beginning to end. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.
