This place has gone downhill. Quickly since new management took over. Sadly, if you try to warn others they will write yelp asking your review be removed. No profanity, only the state of their business, and my review was removed. Great management, clearly.
I had hair down past my shoulders. I wanted quite a bit cut off and actually showed the "stylist" an earlier pic of the length I was looking for. I washed my hair before leaving my house and it was almost dry when I had arrived. She proceeded to comb my dry, curly hair down and cut a bowl around my head. Needless to say I can barely put it in a pony tail now and nothing is cut even. The entire cut was done within 20 minutes which has never happened before. Don't come here especially the Southlake salon. If you are 10 minutes late they refuse to cut your hair. Although I have waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to get my haircut. I walked in 5 minutes late and they were on the phone, when she hung up and looked up Carleigh says your 15 minutes late we can't cut your hair. The manager did care. DONT COME HERE!!!!!!
They have changed their options. So sad they will not have the original Cattle Barron. 😔
Been there twice in the last few weeks and I guess business is good enough that you guys can turn people away. 1 guy in a chair and 3 people standing around but you can't do a beard trim? Sad
Went in for a cut only two girls working booked solid . My schedule is all over the place so I really can’t make an apt a week in advance . I can say I really liked this place but not so much now .
