I went to go rent a trailer to move my 2006 Ford 500, Ian then claimed that I showed red flags for trying to overload their trailer. He denied our rental and when I asked about it he said “Sorry sir I’m done with this conversation”. Rude service unreasonable accusations, do not recommend.
Was told I can’t tow a car because I didn’t have a picture of it. Ian Johnson was very rude and unhelpful. Went to a different location and was helped immediately. Would not recommend unless you want John Adam’s lookalike to tell you that you’re causing red flags because you don’t have a picture of a car.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY: Sent my buddy that has a 7.3 diesel to get a car hauler so I can go buy my ford 500 for them to basically get told they are liars by Ian Johnson they told him we were hauling a Ford 500 which is a 4 door car to get told that cars not in his system and if we had a picture of it which I don’t he then goes on to say they are throwing red flags and people throw extra stuff on or lie about what they’re hauling my buddy offered to send a picture once loaded and was being respectful and civil just trying to f... read more
Rude customer service. My parents did me a huge favor today by picking up a U-Haul for me, and the person behind the counter was incredibly short and rude. I was on the phone and heard the tone he started to take with them, when they were just asking how to scan the needed documents on their phone. Hope he treats future customers with more kindness!
