My wife and i bought a used 2017 polaris ranger 900 xp. Doug was our salesman. We are very pleased with our purchase. Doug was an exceptional salesman very tentative to us. Doug was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to get approved for the purchase. As well as information to be used in future when using our ranger the dos and donts. I needed a roof for my Ranger Crew and after trying our local dealer and given the wrong one twice, I called Cowboy Powersports. Brandy gave me a great deal on the correct roof and when I left I couldn’t have been happier! Customer service is a dying thing, not at Cowboy Powersports- they truly treat you like family.
Best prices around Sales man was great I used Doug after purchase service sucked no one helped load it or explain anything about how to use it if I would not have been a experienced Atv guy it would have been bad work on after sales customer service
