we went there to buy a Yamaha 450yz and we stood there for 30 amd no one offer any help so I ask the lady up front if I can talk to a sells person so we get a sells person that had no clue about basic quiestion we had. we left and on our way home I call Houston and was able to make a deal over the phone

Service dept scratched the side panel when installing fog lights, they did make good and replaced it when I pointed it out. When I went to install a usb charger, was missing a panel bolt and 3 push pins..
