Horrible experience. Called them to repair a gas fireplace. They scheduled a day then when the time came and went I call for an update and they apologized and rescheduled. On the day of service the technician called prior to the appointment to talk and confirmed he was on his way and then never showed up and without another word. Very misleading from the beginning to end!
