I first ate at the original Cowboy Chicken on Shady Brook Ln near Park Ln in Dallas, Texas back in 1982. That's when I met Phil Sanders. He had a unique personality, and remembered all his regular customer's names. I ate there numerous times for several years. Good food. Wonderful memories.
