RecommendedCowboy cafe looks like a simple cafe with cute decor, but the food is stellar. Their Roswell Sauce is a perfect green chili sauce (we took some home with us). The biscuits are perfect, the gravy is something really special. To top it off, homemade cakes!
RecommendedThis place is great. If you’re a tourist and want local flavor then go here. It’s small and there may be a line if you have a large party. They have a bar to sit at if you’re single. Highly recommended nice place.
