Friendly customer service, NOT. Not one person greeted us when we came in. Attitude, woman who helped us, attitude. If you want repeat business, you should treat your guests as you would if YOU were a customer.

Cowardin’s Jewelers re-mounted and sized my wedding ring and band. The rings looked brand new afterwards! I was so pleased. I trust them completely,which is hard to find these days. I will never go anywhere else. They are true professionals.
I wanted to take my Grandma’s ring to a place I could trust! Everyone was super friendly and willing to help! I got the ring resized and it fits perfectly! They even shared some knowledge about the diamond! They sized the ring on sight and very quickly too! I have gotten two rings sized here and both times I was amazed! Thank you! They are my go to jewelers!

I was shopping at Willow Lawn and was looking for a jewelry store close by to drop off a watch to be fixed. I had never been in Cowardin's before, but since it was close I stopped in and asked them if they could fix it. They fixed it while I waited and said it was very simple, so no charge. I will definitely go out of my way to shop there.
