I went to Cowan's Public last night and had the best time! First, the interior design was amazing and full of interesting details. Second, the staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and totally fit the aesthetic of the place. Third, and most importantly, the cocktails and food were perfection and there was a wide selection of craft beers. I couldn't have had a better experience and can't wait to go back!
Just returned from the opening...wow! So nice to have a local joint that doesn't serve pizza and hero sandwiches. Great decor, awesome drinks and eclectic menu. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I plan to be a regular!
