I had a wonderful experience at this dermatology clinic. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to the end of my appointment. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and well cared for.
The staffs were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The Providers took the time to listen to my concerns carefully and explained the diagnosis and treatment options in a clear and reassuring way. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend this dermatology clinic to anyone.
I had very high hopes for this clinic. I went through a lot before I was referred here and I waited over a month. Upon arrival I asked who my Dermatologist would be and they said "Hold on a minute". I then held on for several minutes. An employee that did not know the "doctor's" name then told me to me pick up a card from the desk. I was disappointed to learn it was a PA-C. I’ve been trying to get ahold of Dr. Burroughs for 4 days. I’ve left messages on their voicemail with no response. Explaining a medication that my son had to stop when he was admitted to the hospital. I was told to contact his Dermatologist asap. But no response. I live in Union City so I guess I’ll have to make a trip to his office. So I can get help.
