I previously lived at wind run apartments. actually I moved out June 08. These are the worst apartments I have seen in ones life. The staff is totally unprofessional, they have the highest turn over rate there is for apartment complexes. Please if you know whats best for you "do not" rent from them.
I would not recommend anyone to live here. I am actually moving out ASAP especially after the murder that occurred over the weekend. This place is a dump. Management is horrible. If you dont believe me about the murder, please Yahoo! or Google it. It is a sad situation. I thought I was getting a bargain, but I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for.
By far the worse place to call home. Management is awful and they are constantly changing. I would advise no one to relocate here. I am highly anticipating my lease expiring in September.
DO NOT MOVE IN!!!! This is the worst apartment ever. The staff is not that courteous, and neither is the Leasing Manager. There were 2 homicides at the complex the year I was living there (2007-2008). One was right outside my window and they would not let me out my lease. No matter how clean u are, you are bound to see bugs. The 1st 2 days that I was there, I killed 3 ROACHES! The place is disgusting. This place has changed so much. It is a great place for students or a young family or couple starting out. They have a new leasing consultant who is so helpful and pleasant to work with. They have a lot of actives to do and it is very accessible to stores. I am not sure if the management has changed but they have really made some improvements and they are very cost efficient.
I lived here two years and was very happy. Managment was responsive to all my needs and did what they said they would do with an immediate responce to all my requests. Maintainance was top notch and trustworthy. Grounds were kept clean and I felt safe. When I moved out I made sure the aprtment was clean and in good condition and I got every penny of my deposit back. No games, no hassle. I would recommend Hudson Woods to anyone.
liked living here... lots of families ...only a problem when there are kids running around everywhere. i experienced several things falling apart, but the maintenence is friendly and helpful. he even unlocked my apt for m at 11 at night. A little pricey but lots of space overall good experience

My family relocated here from Michigan and needed a "transition" place, while we look for a home and found this community. No, its not a brand new apartment home, but its clean, reasonably priced and the rooms are large. The staff are careful with detail and seem to be concerned with keeping things in good working condition. Kudos to this place that has made this transition a smooth one for my family.
