Drove close to two hours to see Caleb, I get a call 10 mins before my appointment saying that he had to leave for an "emergency". No explanations or anything. I still showed up to the salon bc they said they would be able to book me with someone else. They ended up canceling again because they didn't know how to work on someone with my hair type.
