Was a patient here for about 3 years then left after a very unpleasant experience with Dr. William Smith on a gum issue. He began to drill down my teeth without my consent. Then when I asked questions as to why he was drilling down teeth, he told me I can “just leave and let my teeth fall out” I went to get a second opinion and was told a filling I had done was sloppy and left unpolished. Nice lady, chaotic practice. Needed a relatively simple procedure, and Dr. Donnelly was perfectly nice and (in my limited estimation) competent at her job. Her assistant, however, directed me to the wrong room, mentioned the wrong tooth, and generally seemed to be clueless as to how to do his job. Furthermore, I was taken aback when Dr. Donnelly was gossiping with this assistant about the staff while performing the procedure, rather than focusing on my tooth!
