Ice cream delicious. Sandwich was very good but not a lot of meat for price.

Only the BEST ice cream, food and service ever!!! I absolutely LOVE Cow Cafe and go there every time I'm in New Bern. They strive to make sure everything they serve, including their delicious popcorn, is the best in town. Everything is so yummy!

Ice cream is SO creamy and caramel corn is yummy. We need to come back to try the Cuban sandwich!
