I was in pain since Friday called Monday morning to see if I could get in.... luckily there was opening.... everyone was nice... helpful.... I am definitely going back... for every thing....
I always have a great experience with Cathy, one of the hygienist, cleaning my teeth as well as any staff member. From the receptionists, dental assistants, and dentists- they always greet you and are very kind, you feel like they really care about you. I'm so glad I found this dental office.
They treat well and professional. They make great suggestions and give good advice! Really happy with my experience there!
I have been coming here for 24 years and the personalized and friendly service is what keeps me coming back. When my son was 1, I brought him in with me, and now he is 15 years old and we go together every time. We actually have fun going to the dentist!
I will admit going to the dentist is not usually the high point of my day. However the service from the front desk, to my hygienist, Kathy, and dentist Dr. Laura Burgett was exceptional. Both Cathy and Dr. Burgett took the time to listen to my issue, check out the issue and determined there was no cause for concern. They made suggestions as to make sure I was brushing correctly and using the correct toothbrush. I wish to thank the office help, Cathy and Dr Burgett for their professional service
I think I made the right for choosing Covington Family Dentistry. All the staff were exceptional great and kind. I was treated with care and understanding. I am so glad I came for care. I definitely will be getting all my dental care at this clinic.
