Very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable during the procedure.
I've been coming here for a couple years now. I've always felt well cared for at each appointment, whether it's for a routine cleaning or a tooth problem. The dentists and dental hygienists are knowledgeable and empathetic, and all the staff members are always friendly. The Saturday hours are great. Highly recommend!
My family has been going to Covington Family Dentistry for many years now. Some of the dentists and hygienists have come and gone, but I continue to be happy with who is treating me. I was particularly pleased with my most recent and new to me dentist. She is the only one in 40 years to notice damage to a tooth I cracked as a child. I've always thought that odd as the crack does show up in xrays. She not only noticed it but researched their historical records to see how long it has been there. Very thorough. Having been around many years, going to the dentist today as opposed to the yesteryears has evolved to a pleasant experience. I remember the painful, silent, fearful and stoic non-personable experiences during my younger adult years. I'm over 70 years old. Nowadays and especially, at Covington Family Dentistry, the reminders are like receiving "meet for coffee" dates. The step into the office is like going to visit family. As always, Dr. Laura is the best dentist I have ever seen. I have dreaded semi-annual dental visits, but Dr. Laura calms my nerves and provides the ultimate care.
My family has been going to Covington Family Dentistry (CFD) for 25 years, and we've now lived in three different locations, and we currently live 1 hour 20 minutes away. CFD has always provided the best dental care. Dr. Laura puts every patient's needs at the top of her list by providing long-term and/or immediate care.
