I think it's a great place for the residents but not always good for staff. when you're told that you are the best thing to happen to Covington, and the management and owners say they have your back,. Definitely one of the best senior living facilities I have ever seen! Truly exceptional care and devotion to all the loved ones living there. The food is so much better than we ever expected and all the staff treat everyone like family. The entire place is beautifully decorated and has a high class feel while still retaining complete comfort. I definitely recommend this for your loved ones.

Could you get a friendlier facility to live and work for? Not often! Covington has been such an uplifting place to be, the residents are so very kind, and the owners and staff are dedicated to the happiness of all who enter Covington. Thank you for being the place of respite for not only the residents, but for those of us who get to take place in these amazing peoples lives.
My family has been so impressed with all aspects of the Covington! I have been especially impressed with the customer service--not only the residents, but also the families of the residents. After only a few brief meetings, the staff and residents of the Covington know and recognize my family and even know our names. My mom has been at the Covington for 6 months now. She is in memory care and has had great TLC. She really is thriving and happy. The staff are kind and attentive. The activities and food are great. My grandma lives at Covington. She is very happy there and we are happy with the environment Covington provides for both she and our family. They have fun activities and events, they have a game room where family members can come and have fun. A chef is on site who provides wonderful meals in a beautiful dining room where residents are offered choices for their dining experience. The staff is wonderful and knows each resident personally.
