Lady at the counter is very rude .. lost close to $200 yesterday and today on shrimp sales because I can not wear a mask due to asthma.. she said it was not her problem and hung up on me..I put up with her about once a week when we call in office orders .. no more.. I have spent my last dollar at this place
Ms. T that works there has a very nasty attitude! I put up with her attitude for some time but today was the last time! I ordered my food over the phone and waited 30 minutes out in my car for my name to be called to come inside to get my food. After that I called in there to see what was taking so long. My wife and I have been ordering seafood from this place, for over two years. We decided to call in our order, but the phone kept ringing so we decided to drive to the market. As soon as we went to order, the black lady asked if we have ever steamed trout from them before and we said yes. She also said she only take call in orders and we informed her that we tried to call in our order in first. The black lady rudely said "well i cant answer the phone..you see i have all these orders". I was asked to come in for an interview today, 1/23. When I arrived, the lady behind the counter with a nasty attitude told me to leave because they had already found somebody. Nobody bothered to call me, message me, or email me to cancel or let me know that they had found somebody. Extremely unprofessional.
They have changed management. Just ate there today and the lady at the counter has a very nasty attitude. She was handling personal business while trying to take my order. Then when the food came out she gave me my coworker food and she said I took his food. I will NEVER eat there again as long as she is there.
