We have only good things to say about Covington/Empire Homes. The entire process from looking at the models to working with the Sales Team (Teri & Sonia) in making selections and writing the contract to working with Nick on the first part of the construction to working with Eric on the second half of the build went so smoothly. They are a lovely and attentive group to work with. Thank you so much!
Recently closed on a home built by Covington, this was our second build with them and our third one altogether. This most recent experience was the best of them all. It went very smoothly and the whole team made it a great experience especially when we were living in another state at the time. The floor plans and quality of work compared to other builders is exceptional. I worked with Rod and Emily during the whole 1 year warranty process on my parent's home, and the work done by them and their team was all I could have asked for. They responded quickly, they were friendly, and they got everything done they were asked to do and then some. Highly recommended!
