Recently purchased a new build from Covington Homes (Empire). Love the home and the team was easy to work with. Shout out to the PjM (Taylor), any small issues/questions we had he was on point for getting us taken care of.
They say that moving is one of the highest stressors in life. It’s right up there with getting married, new job, having a baby. Covington did a great job in guiding me through the process of having a house built. They called every week to keep me posted, accompanied me to tour the house whenever I wanted, answered any questions I had. We have only good things to say about Covington/Empire Homes. The entire process from looking at the models to working with the Sales Team (Teri & Sonia) in making selections and writing the contract to working with Nick on the first part of the construction to working with Eric on the second half of the build went so smoothly. They are a lovely and attentive group to work with. Thank you so much!
Recently closed on a home built by Covington, this was our second build with them and our third one altogether. This most recent experience was the best of them all. It went very smoothly and the whole team made it a great experience especially when we were living in another state at the time.
