I purchased a headstone for my mother with the understanding that installation would take place in January or February of 2026. I was looking for a small headstone/memorial business that was on Hwy 51 in Covington, TN. I believe the name was Covington Marble Works. It probably went out of business like so many businesses did during Covid. My husband and I purchased a headstone from them 23 years ago. The young lady at Covington Granite Works was unable to provide information.
Good people to work with, great job and great prices.
I hate to say anything bad about someone, but I have not had a good experience with this company this time. I ordered a headstone for my sister in May of 2025. They said it could take up to six months. It has been almost a year to get the headstone completed. They won't even call you back. No compassion at all, no concern for my family at all. I hope they find a way to treat people better. Try to understand how the people feel when they are putting their trust in you, in their time of need.
Love this company!! Family owned and they have the fairest prices around! They make it easy for you during a hard time. Definitely recommend this place!!
