I hate to say anything bad about someone, but I have not had a good experience with this company this time. I ordered a headstone for my sister in May of 2025. They said it could take up to six months. It has been almost a year to get the headstone completed. They won't even call you back. No compassion at all, no concern for my family at all. I hope they find a way to treat people better. Try to understand how the people feel when they are putting their trust in you, in their time of need.
Love this company!! Family owned and they have the fairest prices around! They make it easy for you during a hard time. Definitely recommend this place!!
I ordered my son‘s headstone in August 2025 . The lady first told me three months and then I call back she said maybe February 2026 call today. She said maybe April 2026. This is ridiculous. We have bought many headstones from this company before it has been wonderful, but not this time so sorry. If you want your head stone on your loved ones grave please I do not recommend this place anymore
They take their time. You literally have to ask for an update 🙄
This place has horrible customer service, the lady answering the phone is always saying next week and next week became a weekly thing it took 9 months to get my grandparents stone just for it to be laid without my grandmother's dates. Now they are saying it will be extra cost to add them. Smh Do not use them.
