Great Experience.
I along with multiple family members have contacted Covington granite works about a family members headstone. We are ALWAYS given the run around. We purchased said tombstone around January of 2023 and it's now December (almost an entire year) we call and check in almost every 2 weeks. We've called, been up there in person and everything. The stone we purchased was purchased due to us being told it was one of the few NOT on back order, only to find out later it was and still no updates other than the generic run around.
We ordered my grandmother’s headstone in august of 22 and here it is march of 23 and we still don’t have it ready. We’ve called several times and get the answer of we are backed up and just now find out 5 days ago they just now ordered it. What a lousy.way of doing business and that’s the nicest way I could put it even though I have a few choice words. Don’t use these people they are awful
