I had a great dental experience at Covington Family Dentistry. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and recommended services and products geared specifically to me. The doctor and all of the staff were very friendly. I love the convenient late evening and Saturday appointments.
I have been a patient of Covington Family Dentistry for over 10 years. They are consistent, efficient, and always thorough. Having a slight dental phobia myself, it was always important to me to find a place that not only gave great service, but also put me at ease. Covington Family Dentistry is that place, and I couldn't imagine a better facility!
I had server pain in my tooth called around 1015 am. They had an apportionment open for me in an hour. Took immediate action to fix the issue. I went home with less pain a way to prevent it and very happy. Was extremely quick service and the staff was very patient and caring.
Donna is a jem. Not only does she provide excellent service, she is a very intelligent and engaging person.
Excellent care, friendly staff, overall pleasant experience
Called Thursday night about 7 pm with a sore tooth. The got me in the next day as a new patient. Everyone was kind, helpful and willing to help in any way.

I decided to try the Covington Family Dentistry for my dental care because they were within walking distance of my office. My first contact (phone) with the staff was a friendly and professional experience. I was not rushed or put on hold and given all the time I needed to "explain" myself. The appointment availabilities were flexible and able to accommodate my work schedule.
