My new night guard wasn't a good fit, and after an attempt to fine tune it it was replaced without any additional charge or attempts to stone wall me, unlike experiences I've had with car dealers, builders, etc., where it seems everything is covered--until it isn't. As a new patient there they made me feel welcome
The dentist is not my favorite place, but the staff made my experience great. I hadn't been seen by anyone in about three years, and Bobbi was warm while still being funny and distracting. :) Dr. Deno also got a great shot of my nose ring from the x-rays! Thanks!

Jen is great. She is very patient and willing to try different things to make you as comfortable as possible.
Front desk personnel are very courteous. Greeted me with respect. Wait time is a breeze, hygienists was very thorough. She value my well being by making sure I'm okay throughout the proceeding. Dentist was also respectful. She suggested some future things to get done with options without pressure.
