I have a very nice older Covington 24" rock saw. I have called few times about technical issues and spoke to Brian. He is always polite, professional, helpful and just simply pleasant to deal with. Brian is willing to walk you thru any issues you may have. I think just saying thank you is not enough, but.... Thank You

They offer many different items for lapidary and glass working.. rock tiling supplies etc.. The employees in the office are always professional and polite... such a great company to have here in Idaho.
