Loved our experience with this company at the Fair! Made my son’s day with their rock & mineral collection, the mystery bag was a hit too! He was able to hand pick a rock which they cut live to reveal a beautiful geode! 10/10 It was a blessing to receive this level of customer service as well Thanks!
I have a very nice older Covington 24" rock saw. I have called few times about technical issues and spoke to Brian. He is always polite, professional, helpful and just simply pleasant to deal with. Brian is willing to walk you thru any issues you may have. I think just saying thank you is not enough, but.... Thank You
