student housing – Great Student apartments, near the UC Merced bus and across the street from the mall and shopping. Friendly neighbors and manager SAFE! Manager and Maintenance staff keep a sharp eye out from problems. I highly recommend this place!!
Very large apartments – Great price for these oversized apartments. Lots of room for furniture. Nicely maintained grounds. Problems and repairs are handled quickly and the management is always available. Public bus service right in front of the apartments. The Mall and Target are across the street.
Great apartment and management – The owners are involved and responsive to all issues reported to the manager. The apartments have improved 1000 percent over the last 7 years. great place to live!!
