It was supposed to take 3days it took over a week after more than 13000.00 dollars they left me with dirty filters,and when I called their top rate salesman mr.biggers he offered me two filters to send and replace them myself that was over 2weeks ago still no filters
Service techs serviced my unit with freon and did not use the proper techniques. Over charged my outdoor unit, caused the compressor to shut down and break. we had to replace the outdoor unit. Cost \$1600.00... Thanks....
