RecommendedClean, safe and convenient
I enjoy visiting family when I’m in town. The pool is nice and park area
I have been in the manufactured home business for 34 years and Covina Hills is one of my favorites. Great management, fantastic views, unequaled amenities, and now state of the art ground level homes (Craftsman in Covina Hills by Family Homes). This, is not your grandmothers manufactured home!
Management doesn't seem to care about the well being of it's residents nor does it care about maintenance. There is only one entrance and two others which are closed off. This makes it difficult for those who have to walk or chose to walk and enjoy the surrounding community. The grass field is basically a giant mud pit because of a leak which they haven't figured out how to fix. Well i have lived here for 17yrs. Only on one occasion I've had problems with a neighbor but no biggy. Management has always treat me and my mother with respect. The security guys have always been cool with me and when i leave out of town they watch over my place. So all in all i really like living here...
