DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Waited in line for +2.5 hours with an appointment and did not receive PCR results for a full week. They had one person taking samples for the entire line of people.
Place is in the parking lot. I paid for a 2-hour Real Time test and got my results back in less than an hour. Organized and helpful. Might still be a bit of a wait but worth it if you need it for travel
Avoid this place at all costs. We were just yelled at after waiting multiple hours past our scheduled time. We had an appointment but were rudely dismissed as walk-ins. They arbitrarily take customers in any old order and are extremely rude. Edited to add: when we finally got to the front of the line (after being yelled at another time, called “angry people” and witnessing the manager tell somebody in yet another shouting match “I hope you don’t get Covid!”) the woman who actually gave me and my daughter the test was lovely.... read more
