They are polite and efficient, and the test results arrived well-within the allotted time.
Easy to schedule, fast and friendly service.
Horrible customer service manners. My girlfriend went right when they opened for treatment of a sore throat, they told her she needs to go home and make a future appointment. We drove to another urgent care down the street, and we waited 5 minutes for them to see her. Another time I went there because I could barely stand on my foot, same thing, I couldn't be seen without an appointment. They REALLY NEED to learn how to treat people
