DO NOT RELY ON THIS TESTING FACILITY FOR TRAVEL TESTING! We ‘Paid’ $299 to receive a test for travel overseas. Having a 72 hour window for testing results to enter to country. We showed up at the Testing Site for our ‘Scheduled Appointment Time’ & NO ONE WAS STAFFED! We waited 45 minutes. Travel in transit through Denmark requires a negative Covid test, in lieu of our having been vaccinated. When I put my credit card in, I was charged $288. What did I do wrong? My husband is simply trying to see his elderly father whose health is failing.
Avoid!!!! I asked for a cancellation /refund after booking a test. I have already called them 2 times and sent 4 emails and I still haven`t received anything yet after 14 business days. When I call, the person says each time that it has been sent for refund already and still processing. When I email, someone always responds that he/she is more than happy to help and after getting my information, there is no further communication. I am just glad that I did not do my test with them and only asking for my money back.
I received incredible service here! The online appointment booking was simple, and as soon as I registered I was sent a zoom link to get a doctor’s note for the covid test. My wait time for the video consult was less than 2 minutes and the meeting was short and straightforward. At the actual testing site the next morning I was in and out in 3 minutes.
