Easy process. You will stay in the car. It took 40 minutes. I found it super easy and convenient. Make your appointment online. This is better than the rapid test. I went to my appointment early by 20 minutes. Take your reference number with you or just show them the email with the number. I don’t know why there is bad reviews but trust me this is better than going in person to urgent care or any of the facilities where you have to stand in line with corona infested people. Stay safe.

A joke! Muscular dude at first tent told me to stop inching up as he was talking, when I literally could not hear a single thing he said through my closed windows. He belongs in the army not customer service.

seriously one of the most inefficient places to get a test it's a huge parking lot easy to access but everyone gets funneled into one line which they test one car at a time I don't know how the state thinks it could possibly increase its testing rate with this sort of inefficiency the lot is huge and can accommodate five lines easily to give you an idea I waited 40 minutes and there were about 10 cars in front of me The rite aids are more accessible as testing places but the pharmacists are pretty grumpy
