We lived here for multiple years with no issues. One month we either forgot to pay rent on the 1st or the payment didn’t go through. That much was definitely our fault. It’s not that we couldn’t afford the rent or weren’t going to pay it. We had many more times the rent in the bank when this happened and simply thought we had paid rent but hadn’t. Absolutely could not be happier. Maintenance is on point. Neighbors are kind. Parking is kinda butts. But everything else is top notch.
Told us they didn't want us anymore and proceeded to not tell us why. Very rude people both neighbors and people who work there. Would NOT recommend!!!
I used to live in this apartment. It was a good experience. It is well maintained, enough space, great location, which is close to the shopping and there is little park for walking right behind the community. The ladies in the office are nice and helpful. I also appreciate that the people who worked hard to fix stuff quickly, and those who keep the area clean. The move out process was also smooth, and received deposit quick.Thank you, Convey Run.
