I wanted to leave a review for Nick after my call to him about heating issues with my HP Omen laptop. He and I discussed the symptoms at length and isolated a couple possible causes that I could follow up with given my modest capabilities. He was forthright with the fact that my machine was older and may not be cost effective to repair when compared to a new one. My laptop stopped working and I took it to a chain at first. They couldn't really do anything. Covey got it working and gave me a range of options on how he could fix it. Great place to go if you have a laptop that needs fixing.
