Excellent customer service! I was given great advice for alternatives to an expensive repair, even though it meant not using their services. Most businesses will do whatever they can to make money, but that was the complete opposite of my experience. The conversation was informative and I learned something new in the process. I highly recommend this business because they are honest and that’s hard to come by these days.

Great customer service from Nick led to a quick diagnosis and a speedy resolution to my son’s PC connectivity problem. Would highly recommend Covey and would 100% use them for any future computer issues.
Nick is awesome!! Not only does he know what he is talking about, but he gives very reasonable prices. He walks you through each part of the cost and gives no BS. HIGHLY recommend
I only talked to Nick about my issue on the phone, and just the phone call went so well that I wanted to ask how I can leave a good review.
