Nick is extremely knowledgeable. I called and Nick spoke with me for nearly half an hour, completely free of charge! Although he was not able to repair my laptop (his diagnosis is my motherboard is faulty and requires manufacturer equipment to properly repair), he gave me his professional opinion. I called Covey Computer Service and Repair today with a very general "my computer is slow" concern and with most of the questions he asked, I babbled my way through them as I am not very computer savvy. He was so incredibly helpful and knew exactly was I was talking about even though I did not, and gave really great advice. I am very grateful for the patience he had with me and for the advice.

Nick was so kind and patient when helping me understand what was wrong with my laptop and what my options were to get it fixed. He also called to give me updates on his findings and when parts would arrive. He gave me a realistic timeline and stuck to it, too. Next time my computer starts acting up, I will be using his services again and I highly recommend Covey Computer Services!
