I bought a Lenovo laptop from Nick last July (at a great price!) and it has fit my needs very well since then. Then, last week, I spilled a tall glass of water on the keyboard and thought it was a goner: the screen froze and then blacked out, the keys felt weird, and it was making a shrill beeping noise all night. I called Nick the next morning, though, and just a few days later my laptop is working good as new! Excellent customer service! I was given great advice for alternatives to an expensive repair, even though it meant not using their services. Most businesses will do whatever they can to make money, but that was the complete opposite of my experience. The conversation was informative and I learned something new in the process. I highly recommend this business because they are honest and that’s hard to come by these days.

Great customer service from Nick led to a quick diagnosis and a speedy resolution to my son’s PC connectivity problem. Would highly recommend Covey and would 100% use them for any future computer issues.
