SCAM!! Do not book with these people through Airbnb or vrbo or anywhere else. First of all, all of their listings use the same images from Zillow, per my own research. Second, they messaged me to cancel my booking at 12:30am the night I booked my reservation. They asked me to cancel on my end even though per their cancellation policy it says non refundable. Bad experience on vrbo. Terrible communication. They canceled my visit without notifying us and we had driven 3+ hours from our house to evacuate from this hurricane with 4 pets. We had to literally search for another place in such a short amount of time. What a nightmare! Do not recommend. They took my money, they didn’t even tell me it was canceled until I kept messaging them about my check in instructions.
